Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposit: for any service booked more than 30 days prior to the execution date, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure and definitively confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled before the services commence.

Short-notice bookings: for any request made less than one month (30 days) prior to the service date, full payment (100%) is required immediately upon confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to service: full refund of the amounts paid.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior or no-show: 100 % of the total service fees will apply and are strictly non-refundable.

To guard against any unforeseen circumstances — last-minute schedule disruptions, health reasons, flight amendments — The Moroccan Butler highly recommends that all travellers subscribe to a comprehensive travel insurance through their broker or premium credit-card provider.

Force majeure events (natural disaster, government action, aviation disruption, health emergencies) are handled case by case with our partners and communicated transparently.
