It is designed for it. Most of our clients discover Morocco through us on their first stay. We anticipate everything you would otherwise need to research.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally six to twelve weeks. We frequently accommodate shorter timelines and last-minute requests when availability allows.
Do you publish fixed prices?
For most services no. Every stay is designed around your rhythm, party and requests, and pricing is delivered in a private proposal.
In which languages do you operate?
English and French, 24/7. Additional languages by request.
How do you protect our privacy?
Confidential client profiles, restricted staff access, partner confidentiality commitments, and no public disclosure of client identities. NDAs are available for sensitive assignments.
Do you handle last-minute requests during a stay?
Yes. A Butler remains on call throughout your stay for every last-minute request.
