We operate as a full-service luxury concierge and private lifestyle-management firm. Our services range from daily lifestyle assistance, elite property management and private chauffeured transport to highly curated travel itineraries, VIP airport fast-tracking, and the coordination of exclusive events across Morocco. If it is legal and physically possible, we will make it happen.
How do I communicate with my designated Butler?
Upon onboarding, you are assigned a dedicated, multilingual private butler. You have a direct, 24/7 line of communication via your preferred channel — secure instant messaging (WhatsApp / Signal), direct phone calls, or email.
What are your operational hours?
True luxury never sleeps. Our core management operates standard business hours, but our private butler and emergency concierge services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to handle any last-minute request or unexpected schedule change.
How do you guarantee client privacy and discretion?
Discretion is the very foundation of our brand. All staff, partners and field agents operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements. We never disclose our clients’ identities, itineraries or personal matters to third parties or media outlets. Your privacy is absolute.
How are emergency or last-minute requests handled?
Thanks to our extensive local network and long-standing relationships with premium venues, aviation companies and exclusive estates, we are uniquely positioned to secure last-minute luxury transport, sold-out dining tables or urgent security arrangements at a moment’s notice.
Is The Moroccan Butler suitable for a first visit to Morocco?
It is designed for it. Most of our clients discover Morocco through us on their first stay. We anticipate everything you would otherwise need to research.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally six to twelve weeks. We frequently accommodate shorter timelines and last-minute requests when availability allows.
